Very clean, always pretty well lit. So far it's a great experience. A little pricey, but they seem to have the best hours of operation around. The front desk manager was helpful from the day I met him to present time. Everyone has been pleasant, since I first called their Customer Service line and requested information. I highly recommend!

Santana was great and very professional! The units are clean and climate controlled perfectly. Getting a cart is not always easy tho; hence the 4 stars

Santana and Zophier were EXCELLENT help with resolving a minor issue with my membership at Storage Post. They are both very knowledgeable and patient- which are amongst the most important qualities to possess in a field like theirs. I wanted to move into storage post on Saturday. I came to visit the facility to take a look around, immediately I love the building, After coming into the office lavona had introduced herself to me and told me that she was the one I spoke with on the phone for a follow up, I thought very nice of her ! Today I came to move in. Lavona knows what she’s doing ! She is GREAT ! Very good customer service ! And we talked for 20 minutes and laughed, I felt really good leaving out. You’ve won a customer for life! I’m beyond pleased.
