This place is THE BEST!!! It is a clean and well kept facility and the rates are EXTREMELY reasonable. As for the staff, I only encountered one so far which was Alex and he was AWESOME!!! I was having a bit of a difficult time getting situated but he really helped to make the check-in process run smoothly. Also, Alex answered all of my questions and explained the storage facilities policies and procedures to me clearly. He was a pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend this facility for your storage needs due to its economical prices and its staff (so far Alex...if he is any indication of the rest of the staff then I am sure that they are just as AWESOME!!!).

Personnel definitely professional and very helpful. Would come back here any day due to their great customer service!!

Storage Post in yonkers is the best! They have the best prices and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Anthony V. Hooked me up with a great price, a great size space, a free lock and he even let me finish moving my stuff in when they were supposed to be closing. They are caring and provide the best customer service! I highly recommend storage post!

After speaking with someone at the call center, I was discouraged and began shopping elsewhere. The next morning, I had received a phone call from the Storage Post Yonkers location's manager, Anthony. Anthony was able to offer me a 10x7 room at substantially less cost and was able to provide details the call center agents simply did not have. Once I arrived at the Yonkers location, Anthony was the only employee working at the office counter. He was helping another customer when I walked in, but quickly finished and within 5 minutes began helping to answer my questions. He took me on a brief tour of the facility and showed me three different rooms that were all the same size. The layouts were slightly different as some rooms had pillars, pipes, etc running through them. I was quickly able to determine the best room for my purposes. I am very happy with the outcome and am glad I did not hastily pick yet again a non climate-controlled U-Haul room just up the street.

Good Feeling walking in , gettting greated by my first name makes me feel at home thanks to Gabriel. Great atmosphere!

The customer service person was very polite very helpful found me the exact size and clean place.

Not much to say, so far so good! Let’s see if the rates spline after the very affordable introductory rate period.

I highly recommend anyone utilize their services here @ the storage post whether your load is large or small, everyone there has a really great way of making moving very exciting!!!!! Trust me....they are worth the move!!!!

The experience of securing a storage unit here was excellent! Marie was able to find a unit that fit my needs. Marie at all times was genuinely thoughtful, caring and patient and most importantly just pleasant and friendly. I recommend this location to anyone as your belongings are secure and you will be able to deal with the friendly staff, especially Marie.

Relocated and extremely overwhelmed, but Anthony's customer service made a huge difference. He was knowledgeable and comforting. It's hard to find an individual with such genuine knack for customer service. Will recommend others here.
