Gloria was very professional and made our move in very easy. Building was clean, storing was made easy with assessable loading area. She was very helpful in transferring us to a bigger unit. I appreciate her help when I was pressed for time. Thanks Gloria She even gave us a Spanish lesson. Recommend storage post to all

This storage facility in Yonkers is great. The staff is friendly and reliable. Whenever I had a problem or issue, they explained things in a calm and reasonable way, and had solutions. The prices are good and the entire facility is clean. I recommend!!!

Anthony customer service was exceptionally pleasing. He was able to resolve my issue, which the problem was caused by an online representative, who misinformed me. Moreover, the information was not explained to me on its entirety, therefore causing confusion. Nonetheless, thanks to Anthony, my issues was resolved and I was able to rent a storage space.
