After speaking with someone at the call center, I was discouraged and began shopping elsewhere. The next morning, I had received a phone call from the Storage Post Yonkers location's manager, Anthony. Anthony was able to offer me a 10x7 room at substantially less cost and was able to provide details the call center agents simply did not have. Once I arrived at the Yonkers location, Anthony was the only employee working at the office counter. He was helping another customer when I walked in, but quickly finished and within 5 minutes began helping to answer my questions. He took me on a brief tour of the facility and showed me three different rooms that were all the same size. The layouts were slightly different as some rooms had pillars, pipes, etc running through them. I was quickly able to determine the best room for my purposes. I am very happy with the outcome and am glad I did not hastily pick yet again a non climate-controlled U-Haul room just up the street.

Rudy was SUPER friendly and helpful. I was not sure of what size storage space I needed as I was going to book it online and I’m glad I went in. He was polite and explained everything thoroughly! I highly recommend!

Good Morning, I wanted to take this time this morning to write a long overdue and well deserved review on this Storage Post here in New Rochelle. Having had several bad experiences with customer service in general I found this to be a worthy post. As I finally decided to come on board and rent a unit I must say that I was surprised by the welcoming hospitality that I received coming in the door, during a quick tour to actually see a few possible units that I may be interested in, as well upon my leaving the store. The woman I met was simply amazing and I can tell was truly genuine about people and her job (meeting the needs of customers). Her name is Zophier. Zophier not only made me be at ease with this decision and transition but she also was able to smoothly multitask and yet not forget the business we had begun. As I finally decided on a unit after seeing a few, Zophier made this sign up as easy as possible for me. Since I have been here everything has been smooth sailing and. Because of this outstanding service I already brought in a friend and will continue to refer people to this branch at the Storage Post of New Rochelle. Thank you Zophier and thank you Storage Post for having such an amazing representative on deck who actually cares. Trust me in today's businesses it is extremely rare. ~ Lawrence

I currently have a storage unit and needed an additional one. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ashley. It was nice to interact with a female for a change. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thanks Ashley for you customer assistance

Santana and Zophier were EXCELLENT help with resolving a minor issue with my membership at Storage Post. They are both very knowledgeable and patient- which are amongst the most important qualities to possess in a field like theirs. I came into storage post after making a quick break stop from driving my bus and I thought let me inquire about a unit for my mother just to see if prices went up or down because I’ve rented here years ago. I met a nice girl name lavona who said she was the manager here, she showed me around and won me over to rent a unit with her personality and great smile and customer service skills. The building is kept very clean and after seeing 2 different sizes I chose one that fits my mothers needs perfectly ! & that’s all thanks to lavona ! We have a family member moving to New York and I would love to recommend him to storage post ! Thank you lavona for keeping my hope alive for excellent customer service !
