Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . Service was excellent. One complaint was that there was a big ladder in the way so I could not get the dolly around it and to my storage area. I would not have selected the area I was in if I knew about the ladder issue.

I rented two units on 8/29/17 but ran into some issues which I then posted a review. On 9/5 Victor Veras the area manager called me to personally apologize for the mishap and issued me an additional free month for the inconvenience. I just want to say thank you to Victor and the staff at the Pelham Pkway facility for treating me like I mattered. I would recommend this facility.

The storage we had was good and clean. The facility is well maintained. However you do get the occasional people that leave the door open or jam it so they can get in and out without a code. Besides that the place is very well lit and secure.

The reason I choose this Storage location was because the 24 hour access was Convenient for me as I'm a night shifter but now I'm rethinking because its just aggravating to deal with.
