Lavona wowed me away ! Omg. My mother and I left here beyond satisfied! She showed me the new units on the first floor we have had a unit here before and a lot has changed. But in such a positive way ! She gave us a tour around the building, she is very funny and very outstanding ! I want to thank you for such great hospitality!!!!! My mother would love to rent a unit on the first floor when it’s ready and we’ll be upgrading to a bigger unit once one becomes available. She really blew me away ! She even shook my hand as we left. I am in disbelief! I have never had such good customer service.

Rented a storage unit today and it turned out to be the wrong size I needed. Rudy was so helpful and kept my stress level low while he resolved my issue in no time. Facilities you can tell are well kept.

If you need a storage unit I highly recommend stopping by here! Amazing customer service!! I typically wouldn’t waist my time with a review but this one is sooo worth it. All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!! Rudy was SUPER friendly and helpful. I was not sure of what size storage space I needed as I was going to book it online and I’m glad I went in. He was polite and explained everything thoroughly! I highly recommend!

First and foremost I want to say the property was beyond clean! My husband and I went into the property looking for storage, not having any idea on how the whole process works, and thanks to a Ms. Ashley all of our doubts slowly melted as the process went along. One thing about us, we are BIG on customer service, that is a big factor when determining where we bring our business ! Her warming smile and aura sold us. We had a lot of questions, which she answered spot on, with out hesitation, she didn’t miss a beat. I could tell she was very knowledgeable on storage, and how to store our items, which put us to ease, because this is where we would be storing our personal belongings! After securing the unit, we went down to the office to sign our paperwork! First thing she did was show us the many different options when it came to protecting our items. She took her time and listened to us about what things were most important to us, and she showed us different items that would protect our things while they were in storage. As we went over the lease, she was very patient in explaining the sections, not making us feel like we were being forced to sign a contract. She really put us to ease with explaining to us that storage post was month to month . As we were leaving she stressed that we could always give her a call if we needed help or had any questions with anything. I just want to say we will be having a long term stay, and we will definitely be recommending this storage to all my friends and family .

Having a storage unit can be a frustrating situation, fortunately Santana professionalism has allowed me to let down my guard and ultimately feel comfortable with doing business with storage post.
