She showed me around gave me a tour of units until I found “the one” and she won me ! We’re residents of city island which isn’t far from pelham we talked about some great food spots and she just had such a great personality and this aura about her! First of all I would like to say Rudy is beyond helpful. Very polite and patient. We actually found this storage place for a relative of mine but when speaking of prices I had to terminate my overpriced storage location and move in to this one. Rudy was respectful and answered every question we had as we toured multiple units until we found the one we chose. He helped make the whole process very easy. The location is clean and kept well. Thanks Rudy!! Just one month in with this location and happy we made the change. - Suy and Kiko Hernandez

I am an actor and I am working on a show on nbc and we have the next 3 days off, I decided since I need storage I’ll just come check it out and not make any decisions until I’ve seen it all. In my mind I was going to quote around at all storages before Ive made a final decision to choose a place to store. Lavona sold me right away. Very good with making me feel comfortable and she kept me laughing. She showed me around to 3 units until I got the one. Lavona is the best. She’s very helpful, patient,And friendly !! She knows what she doing and how to win customers in.

I rented online but the unit was too small. The store manager was awesome and moved me to a larger unit very close to the one I'd originally rented. The customer service was top notch.
