I rented a storage today with storage post in Yonkers. It is a very clean facility and today everything was much easier with the help of Kristian. He gave me a facility tour and made me feel so comfortable. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. If you need storage come here and if Kristian is the one to help you even better for you.

Santana was very friendly and accommodating to my needs; helped me move on short notice and very specific in detail and knowledgeable of facility. Great amenities and she put me right next to the elevator ️

If you need a storage unit I highly recommend stopping by here! Amazing customer service!! I typically wouldn’t waist my time with a review but this one is sooo worth it. All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!! Very pleasant A bit understaffed

Walked into the facility and was immediately greeted by Luis and tken through a verbal communication of the policies and procedures of Storage Post Pelham. Then I was taken to the prospective unit and given further information on the unit and workings of the facility. Luis was very helpful friendly. I highly recommend Storage Post for their cleanliness and ease of registration and of course the staff. A very beautiful facility.
