Edyta from customer service was wonderful, she went over and above what most employees would do to fully answer all my questions, and to accommodate an initial reservation problem that I had. At the storage post located in Floral Park I have to say it’s very clean and very helpful I have been a member for a few years. A few days ago I had an issue with my lock and the manger Eric was so helpful took the time assist me until it was resolved. I highly recommend this particular this place.
