"Don't sleep on New Rochelle's Storage Post's District Managerial Staff" After having a frustrating experience (a few times) with my personal access code not granting me access to my unit (I was told it was a 'computer issue') and then not receiving a call back to my voicemails, this facility's District Manager, Alex Oates, came in and saved the day/helped rectify my situation. Mr. Oates was an attentive listener; hearing all of my concerns, asked to look into the issues and then expeditiously contacted me back with apologies and options for resolution. For this, Alex gets my A++ any day, he is a very professional and pleasant individual. Now, I hope his professionalism and promises remain true in the future at this New Rochelle location. Moved here from public storage. Staff at Public was cool but the company is not. Gets you in then jacks up your rent in 6 months. After 2 years rent was almost double. Carts sucked, elevators smaller etc... Everything about storage post is better. Everything. From the sales person, to the manager, the staff, the facility. Customer service is stellar here. Couldn’t recommend more.

IT'S OKAY

Truly outstanding start to a long term relationship. Storage Post not only offered me everything I needed for my atypical needs, climate controlled 24/7 access equipment storage for video equipment, but managed to do so with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Sharonda in particular set the tone for a comfortable and pleasant experience when I realized the unit I reserved wasn't quite what I needed. She then took the time to show me all available options within my size and price needs until we found the ideal location. This location has two loading bays which is rare from my experience as well as an additional customer parking lot (albeit still under construction). They're also expanding the first floor to be fully climate controlled, but to be fair its about 80% there from my observation. Definitely controlled enough for almost anything outside of incredibly temperature specific items. I have no doubt that I'll be staying with storage post for the duration of my time living in New York.
