The reason I choose this Storage location was because the 24 hour access was Convenient for me as I'm a night shifter but now I'm rethinking because its just aggravating to deal with.

I forgot how to open the "garage doors" to the loading dock. It took me a long time to find the "open" buttons- They should be closer to the doors for entry for convenience. I really struggled w the cylinder lock, getting it back in & lined up to close - I had to do it twice & both times I was so grateful other people were with me... I REALLY would appreciate a regular heavy duty key lock!!

Lack of parking

Although the end results was pleasant, especially due to the excellent customer service of the employee who assisted me Sunday afternoon (Manny), it wasn't enough to make this review 4 or 5 stars.The beginning of my interaction with other staff over the phone was pleasant but I received misinformation about the cost of my unit, I didnt receive the edocs to sign (had to call back), didn't receive an access code and had difficulty filling out and verifying the automatic payments. If it wasn't for Manny this would've been a 1 star review.

The small unit i rented had tooo many mice droppings from the beginning, And it was on the second floor The units should be cleaned much better for a new tenant Definitely disappointed. J. B.

Open for 24/7. They promised 2 free months for storage room, but actually it’s not. Be prepared for this

Younger staffers and night staff extremely courteous, night staff most helpful.
