Dayna was able to assist with the services I needed and provided solutions to any issues I had. The facility is clean and well lit. This is not accessible 24 hours due to “ security reasons”. Fares may suddenly increase without much of a heads up. Mine were raised before I even had a year of service. It’s okay.

The storage unit hallways are dark and the lights kept going out while I was trying to move in. It was very hot on the 4th floor which doesn't seem to actually be climate controlled. There were also some bugs and I saw a mouse run from one unit to another. There should be some fumigation services done and the air conditioning should be fixed. I like that there are multiple garage door openings and the pass code is my phone number, and I was given a free lock for reserving the unit online, and paying before I moved in. If I find a better place with a better price, I will move my things there. This place is just temporary. I saw enough already. Hopefully my things will be safe and pest free until I can move them out.
