Mr. Manny Gonzalez is one of the Most kindest ,giving people that I have met in quite awhile and he is the epitome of what service should look like. Whatever needs to be done and would not consider anything more than a Thank you! Storage Post has a completely different atmosphere than CubeSmart. When it comes to customer service, they are the best! Yolanda, at the call center, really made it easy to get my paperwork done. She even followed up with me when I did not return her call. She absolutely took care of me. Alex is another employee who poured out positively to his customers. He did not hesitate to help me with some of my furnitures when I transferred from one unit to the next. He looked for ways to help me save and made the process personal for me when he asked about my day. Margo*, (I hope I am spelling it right), has tranquility within herself that made me want to ask more questions without feeling out of place. She was relatable and understanding. She even apologized for keeping me waiting when it was not her fault at all. Her sense of humor made the place light up. I definitely appreciate the team (company and for the company for recruiting such a powerful team. I wouldn't expect anything less at Storage Post of Yonkers, NY.

Beautiful facility, beautiful open outside layout for loading and unloading, I followed manny here from his old job because his services are impeccable. Manny showed me everything, the kiosk thingy is awesome and convenient, one of my favorites is the 3 elevators my second most favorite is the amazing access hours. So many cameras but im not worried. I been a customer sometime now and i just want to make it clear (with this overdue review) on how satisfied i am with all the features but most off all how my man manny took and takes care of me and all the other customers ive witnessed him take care of. Storage post i hope you take care of manny the same way he assertively , professionally and respectfully takes care of the facility and his customers. Thank you storage post you chose the right guy.
