This lady must take OVER at this location!!!! Edyta showed the out most amazing customer service. She manages the New Jersey location but I would love to see her here more often she must take OVER. The climate-controlled units at Storage Post on Broadway are a game-changer. My belongings have never been better protected. The staff is also incredibly helpful and accommodating.

So, my lock weirdly just stopped working! And Lizette came by to save me worth her super customer service. I honestly neverrrrrr have an issue here they are supper helpful and always accommodating. This may jus seem like a simple job you clock in and clock out too... but she always works wit us with heart and compassion which is really appreciated when working with personal items. I had a previous storage that was horrible (A&A storage) so this is a huge upgrade and I feel really secure. having my items stored here. THANK YOU LIZETTE. At the moment, she is currently running up and down just for me to get my storage open. If that isn’t customer service, then idk what is!!!
