I rented a u haul truck from here instead of going to the Uhaul center in Chelsea. It's a small business so they treat you like people. Was efficient and got better service than I would have at Uhaul. Rigth near the city bike on ave D and 9th St.

Jimmy was very helpful and so polite. This was my first time ever using a storage unit and he made the process easier. He made sure to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had.
