FIVE STARS for inciting PSYCHOTRAUMA!! Being locked inside (chains and padlocks) this storage facility during access hours beyond office hours when wheelchair bound having made an accessible entry has been a harrowing experience for me and I will rate my experience as first class customer service - WHAT NOT TO DO! Much thanks to the FDNY Engine 83/Ladder 29 Firemen who responded and rescued us!

Came in about a year ago and booked by a very helpful staff i believe his name was Milton who unfortunately no longer with the company. Had a few issues with one of my units in the beginning but he immediately took care of it. In addition, theres another staff who has been also very attentive, helpful and courteous. She helped me acquired a new bigger unit and answered all my questions. Also,as per observation, she always on the move keeping the facility clean and presentable. I think her name is Zophia. Great storing experience so far. Thank you Zophia..

We rented last week and I've been procrastinating on writing this review but I promise Ashley I would !! Your personality is amazing super friendly , bubbly and patient!! Thank you for everything love !! I came into storage post after making a quick break stop from driving my bus and I thought let me inquire about a unit for my mother just to see if prices went up or down because I’ve rented here years ago. I met a nice girl name lavona who said she was the manager here, she showed me around and won me over to rent a unit with her personality and great smile and customer service skills. The building is kept very clean and after seeing 2 different sizes I chose one that fits my mothers needs perfectly ! & that’s all thanks to lavona ! We have a family member moving to New York and I would love to recommend him to storage post ! Thank you lavona for keeping my hope alive for excellent customer service !
