Devon is really an extremely good worker with the best attitude. Something is not right with the woman called Dana. She seems to want to start an argument. Try avoiding her and you may have a better experience with this Storage company. Unfortunately, sometimes she is the only one at the desk. This woman is not a good worker and has a bad attitude. This is the main reason for only 3 stars.

My daughter chose this facility due to 24 hour access. We went two weeks ago at 11pm to then be denied access. Come to find out no longer 24 hours and she recieved no notification of changes.

It's my fault for NOT having someone supervise it. They broke various things during the move and and the pieces broken are not found. sorry BUT the moving part was not good.

I purchased a unit on a Fri, it was not big enough so on that same Fri I upgraded. The acct had a bal which I was told would be taken care of. I rented a truck moved all of my items from my prior storage just to get to this storage and my access code would not work. Luckily another customer let me use their access code seeing as it was a Sunday and they were closed and no one was answering when I called the number for customer service. However me and my two sons had to unload the truck bring things up to one floor because that's where the access code took us to and then walk up a flight of steps to our actual unit. Please keep in mind that this was an actual truck from U-Haul not a van a truck. That was not a pleasant experience for me and my two teenage children. I really hope that the future would this company is better than my first weekend. I switched to this company because their prices seemed to be better than my previous location. Fingers crossed....I received a call from the district manager,who assured me this was a fluke. I am confident my experience will be better in the future.

Don't expect to recover anything of they damage your storage with water leaks, got no compensation whatsoever.

I wish it was smoother than it actually was. The elevator at the loading dock was being occupied by a large group of movers making it difficult to use and left me stuck waiting for the elevator for long periods of time on the floor of my unit while they loaded and unloaded the mounds of furniture they had. Then I went to the front desk to buy a lock and no one was there. I literally waited for 10/15 mins for someone to just come to the front door. Too many red flags on the first day!

Their service is good but only one serious concern I have is when they have drilled long screws to reinforce the bottom part of all the storage spaces, this long screw drilling has gone through one of my expensive pro audio accessories box and I'm hoping that it has not damaged my accessories. Overall, storage post management should be more careful when drilling long screws for a thin metal reinforcement. I also feel that they should lower my monthly payment for the next year and half because of this and keep all my access the same, then I will say that it is even.
