I highly recommend it due to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The facility is indeed very clean and easy to navigate. One potential drawback is that it can be challenging to reach someone for assistance or urgent matters when no one is present in the office, as it may be difficult to locate them while they are moving around the building. I would highly recommend considering them as your storage solution.

When Storage Post took over the facility from the prior owners there was concern among we long time tenants. Would they keep the facility up, would they honor our standing rental agreements, etc. I am very pleased to comment that Storage Post remedied all our concerns with a seamless and friendly transition. For every one small operational change there were several facility improvements. Before Storage Post, the dumpster habitually overflowed with discarded furniture, cardboard and wood boxes, food, and household treasures - so much junk. How were they to police the misuse of their dumpster by self-centered movers in-a-hurry? Now, tenants are not welcomed to discard our waste and must take it with us. This small inconvenience measured against a cleaner, vermin free site is an improvement.

The place is clean, but I hard time getting in my storage unit. I did everything online when I got there no one was there to open up the place. So if you pay online please be on time. Customer service was great .

Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . Upon check in, service was fast. I hadn't reluzes it was a upstairs unit. Just a inconvenient surprise. Overall, a thumbs-up
