Employee gave me a code to enter into a keypad which I was told was for accessing my floor which I felt is a good idea that only customers that have a code could enter there floor . He noticed I did not properly lock my unit and was kind enough to call and make me aware of the situation. I am so pleased with the level of customer service and follow up with the facility.

I'm quite appreciative of Storage Post's climate-controlled storage facilities. I am certain that every piece of furniture and possessions I have in storage is secure and weather-protected.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with this storage place. I was helping my mom shop for a small unit so that she can switch out her winter and summer goods between seasons as needed. I had used storage with another company some time ago, so I was expecting a dusty cavernous feeling warehouse, however it was the complete opposite. I was greeted by the working manager Fadi. He was very courteous and informative. He went the extra mile to show me all the new amenities his site had to offer as opposed to my experience in the past. The warehouse was well lit, clean and the price was reasonable for the services that were being offered.

We initially rented a smaller unit, but then realized we had more to store. When I asked for an upgrade, they were great! Quick, easy & efficient.

I needed to store some items while I was in between houses and Storage Post was the perfect solution. I was never worried about the safety of my belongings thanks to their security measures.
