Location is a bit difficult

Although the end results was pleasant, especially due to the excellent customer service of the employee who assisted me Sunday afternoon (Manny), it wasn't enough to make this review 4 or 5 stars.The beginning of my interaction with other staff over the phone was pleasant but I received misinformation about the cost of my unit, I didnt receive the edocs to sign (had to call back), didn't receive an access code and had difficulty filling out and verifying the automatic payments. Brett, the manager is very helpful and courteous. Prices are competitive. Security appears to be good. One the downside. The entire building needs to be made more inviting as it is dull, dated and dime.

Had a problem with my access code at first but you know what, these are decent folks.

The place should have a 24hr service. It is a good location. And with a proper lock my unit is secure enough. I know a lot of people use the storage facility to park in and the hours are inconvenient.

Good storage facility

I rent a Storage unit at this location and the air conditioning system has not worked in months. The Storage units are supposed to be climate controled. My storage unit is horriblely hot every time I go there to pickup or drop off something.
