I had a great experience since the moment I drove in the indoor parking at this facility. It's brand new, air conditioned, and every detail has been organized for the costumer to have an easy experience. The employees were extremely helpful. Gave me all info regarding my storage unit clearly and politely. Yahaira did her best to make sure I had an easy time given this was my first experience in a storage facility. Best prices in town. Highly recommended.

From the moment I walked into the facility it felt like home. The Employee Manny who helped me was very helpful and made me feel welcome. The facility is really clean smells good and everything is easy to find and if you need some help everyone is quick to lend a helping hand. I asked Manny if he owned the company because of the effort and how much my happiness as a customer meant to him. A1 service you need more employees like Manny

This storage facility in Yonkers is great. The staff is friendly and reliable. Whenever I had a problem or issue, they explained things in a calm and reasonable way, and had solutions. The prices are good and the entire facility is clean. I recommend!!!

As soon as I entered the office I felt welcomed and at home . The building was well maintained and secured . Employee gave me a code to enter into a keypad which I was told was for accessing my floor which I felt is a good idea that only customers that have a code could enter there floor . I would recommend to my family and friends . Very happy Amanda
