Rudy was very helpful and professional in getting me the correct size storage. I thought it would be a problem changing from one size to the other bigger and more practical means of storing my goods and not an issue with the change or price change went through thoroughly as told . with the exception of parking spaces (very small) but plenty available everything is excellent. The staff especially is amazing and very helpful...I would definitely recommend..

I've had this storage room for 4 years. So far as I know, there haven't been any problems. The rate goes up every year, which might cause me to get a smaller room somewhere else. Lately, there have been construction workers using the loading/unloading dock area. So I have to park a block or two away. Which is annoying but not life threatening.

I am in the process of moving and been looking for good a place that is not too expensive to store my furniture and had no luck until I came into this store, this store is very clean and well maintained. Also Reynier the store Rep. Was very helpful in helping me pick the right size room for me and their prices are very reasonable. Over all I am very satisfied with this store and serviced I received. I recommend it to anyone!

The space is reasonably priced and seems secure. I moved things in today and was disappointed by the lack of carts large enough to accommodate the pieces I was moving. Also, the elevator closed too quickly for me to get things in. I had to get someone to help.
