I love the experience that I had with Alexandra . She has a great spirit and bubbly personality. She is very knowledgeable about the company as well as the perfect services to meet your needs. With my past experiences with storages being horrible, I am very trusting after her reassurance that I am in good hands. I love her concern for your items as if they were her own. Great company if you are looking for a secure place to keep your personal items while you transition with life.

I rented online but the unit was too small. The store manager was awesome and moved me to a larger unit very close to the one I'd originally rented. The customer service was top notch.

I like this storage because it looks very clean well maintained. And their prices are not bad. Edyta Colon was the one that help me set up and she was amazing. Her customer service skills is on point. She should be promoted to manager or be given a raise because she takes a her job seriously, she is very knowledgable, very kind and polite. I loved her and she made my experience very pleasant. Thank you Edyta. You awesome!!!

Brooklyn location is really a 10 star facility! Abraham is a diamond in the rough - so kind and helpful. My stuff had been transferred from NYC without my supervision and they did a fantastic job of placing everything in a safe and organized manner - Thank you for all your help!!! Storage Rock Stars!!!
