Very friendly and informative staff. Mrs. Linda and Ms. Rachel were right to the point in explaining the fair, but not too expensive pricings. And they're policies are great too.

Alex, the site manager at Yonkers, Saw Mill River Rd is an amazing guy. He assisted me in moving out of Storage Post after almost 20 years of renting a unit. He was very compassionate, understanding and helpful in my transition. I want to say Storage Post is a clean, safe and comfortable place to rent from. I Enjoy my stay

I just want to commend the excellence service of Mr.Alex Oates he was very helpful in resolving my issues on Tuesday March 12, 2019. I would recommend this storage to anyone with no hesitation based on there excellence in customer service. If it wasn’t for Mr. Alex Oates I don’t kno what I would do, so I must say thanks for a tremendous customer service you offered to me I will forever be greatful. I was soo impressed by the facility at Storage Post! The district manger Alex Oates was extremely helpful and made a way for me to get the storage space I needed! Alex helped us above and beyond! I highly recommend this facility! The staff member Gloria was very pleaseant and prompt getting the paperwork as well! I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY SPACE! I would not go any other place!!

I went to close out my unit and the staff was friendly and efficient. I recommend if you're in the area and in need of storage. It is NOT 24hrs, something I found out the hard way after renting a car and driving about an hour to get there. It's temp control and clean, nobody can access floor unless their unit is in them so your things are very safe.

it was an amazing service best price around, had my car a little over a month an it was found the same way I'd left it. An when I sold my car and canceled my spot it was quick and painless. I'd recommend to anyone
