I've been doing business with Storage Post since late 2018 and I am extremely grateful for the price, customer service, and how clean this place is kept. No mold, no smells, and great AC. These folks are great! If you're used to your run of the mill storage facility where no one cares if you are a customer or not, these guys are the antithesis of that poor service attitude. I need a storage room (Large) in a month so I went and talked with Abraham at Storage post. He got me their biggest room for a great price and then offered a month and a half free! (They are now painting the room in anticipation of my arrival mid month). These guys are great, he called the manager to see if the deal would fly and called me back in minutes with the good news. This is my Second room at Storage post and they even remembered me from my first visit! Now that's service. Remember Abraham is your man for storage needs.

While I had some hiccups when I first arrived, the whole team at Storage Post was so helpful and proactive about helping me, that we were able to quickly resolve everything!

I RETRACT MY STATEMENT, STORAGE POST CALLED ME AND MADE THIS RIGHT. I SPOKE WITH A GENTLEMEN NAME ERIC, VERY PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND MY CREDIT WAS GIVEN. I APPRECIATE THEM CORRECTING THIS SO MUCH. I WILL KEEP MY STORAGE AND RECOMMEND FRIENDS IN THE FUTURE. DONT RECOMMEND A FRIEND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU $50.00 CREDIT THEY ADVERTISE. I HAD A FRIEND OPEN A STORAGE WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME $50.00 CREDIT. THEY NEVER DID, EVEN AFTER SPEAKING TO 2 PEOPLE THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME CREDIT. I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT $50.00 BUT THEY ARE NOT HONEST.

Storage Post in Floral Park is by far the best storage facility I have used. I have a business that requires use of storage space and I have patronised about 4 different companies over the last 6 years and Storage Post has been the best so far with great customer service, large loading docks, and long open hours. I have been a tenant for about a year now. The place is clean, well lit, feels secure, the staff members are courteous & respectful and best of all they can recieve packages on my behalf.
