Rudy was SUPER friendly and helpful. I was not sure of what size storage space I needed as I was going to book it online and I’m glad I went in. He was polite and explained everything thoroughly! I highly recommend!

Located just off of I-87, it's easy on/ easy off the highway. The office hours are reasonable. They have additional security by having gates, both entering and exiting. Fairly clean facility. Has many exterior rodent boxes, which I look at as a plus, for preventive measures. However, the section where I enter has limited parking and it seems that the same vehicles are always there. Either they're not managing that area or they're using it for something other than the storage customers, thus the four stars.

If you need a storage unit I highly recommend stopping by here! Amazing customer service!! I typically wouldn’t waist my time with a review but this one is sooo worth it. All thanks to Ashley for making this a stress free experience. What Ashley didn’t know is I’ve had 3 sleepless night in an out the hospital with my dad , and in the midst of it all I was moving to a new apartment and needed to put some stuff in storage. I honestly cannot express how satisfied I am with my experience. Ashley, made everything super simple, and was super helpful and patient. Honestly I walked in on a Sunday at 3:54pm fully aware that they’re closing in 6 min. I rushed over from the hospital hoping to get lucky yet pretty anxious that I won’t be helped since it’s last minute. Ashley happily greeted me and helped me through the entire process. The system was a little behind and my confirmation email didn’t come in and it was about 4:30. Ashley gave me a temporary code so that I’m able to load stuff that same Sunday which was a great help!!! I’m telling you this girl is amazing! She even took the time out to show me the units like I asked although it was already closing time. She smiled and patiently helped me past operating hours. I’ve rented a few storage units before but never has had such a great experience!! Ashley if you happen to be reading this I want to thank you again for being such a pleasant helpful person!! I was actually looking for a different storage place got lost and winded up at Storage Post where Gloria and her excellent customer service skills won me over and I ended up renting from them.

Great customer service !! I spoke to a nice lady named Lizzette who really helped answer all my questions and i will be renting a storage unit soon.
