I came in late and the building was about to close but Karim stayed to help me out. I had to go but told Karim I'll be back in the morning. I came back with my brother despite the weather and found out my unit was sold to another customer at 5am online. I was ready to leave but Karim showed us another unit and told us we should try it out. We decided to give it a try! The customer service here was great and they made me feel like a person and not a customer. unit#4191 Pedro Nieves

This place is great the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because often times staff Indy avalible so when I couldn't remember the number for my storage locker it took me 35 mintues to find a staff member to help me.
