I agree with the first review. Great facility,great service and affordable storage. Definitely see Carlos he is great. He gave me a great deal on my storage unit and gave me the storage that I needed, he really runs a great operation. You wont find a better storage facility in the area.

I travel often and keep my business files at this storage facility, it is right off the LIE and has a very friendly manager. The store is going through some sort of renovation, and is very well lit and looks brand new on the inside. Still not finsihed yet; seems the level of customer service has increased. Is that a change in company philosohpy? The company has another store in Brooklyn that looks newer bit it is too far away..

The facility was very clean and neat. The staff was very kind and informative. I love the fact that the prices are excellent and whatever you see advertised is what you get. there are no hidden fees. I would reccomend Storage Post to anyone seeking storage.

Awesome!!!!! Kevin was my more storage specialist and he was beyond fantastic. He explained everything to me, was very helpful, courteous and polite. He also gave me a great deal and made my experience easy and a smooth transition. Im glad I chose to come to this location for excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!! GREAT GREAT GREAT JOB!!!!
