I love the experience that I had with Alexandra . She has a great spirit and bubbly personality. She is very knowledgeable about the company as well as the perfect services to meet your needs. With my past experiences with storages being horrible, I am very trusting after her reassurance that I am in good hands. I love her concern for your items as if they were her own. I rented online but the unit was too small. The store manager was awesome and moved me to a larger unit very close to the one I'd originally rented. The customer service was top notch.
