Rick and Brandon are consummate professionals. Helpful every step of the way, did not try to nickel and dime or unfairly squeeze another month's rent out of me. Unit is nice, climate control works as advertised. Dollies for moving. A+ customer service. Highly recommend

Exceptional service. Took my name and said they’d call me when the size space I needed availed itself. I was shocked they actually did. Good for them. Very friendly and courteous staff. Competitive pricing, stocks your basic boxes and packaging needs at with out upcharge which is good honest business. AND is directly across the street from a U-Haul dealer.

Kimberly was amazing, and I had the pleasure of working with her at Storage Post. She was incredibly flexible and helpful, making sure I found the ideal storage space for all of my items. By far the nicest staff in all of NYC!!! I can't say enough good things about this place; It's clean, amazingly affordable and a great location for Queens and Brooklyn! I have rented from other companies in the past and they don't even come close. Jessica and Carlos where amazingly helpful. They really went the extra mile for me when I made a silly mistake - I was tired and a little retarded and they totally made me feel cool about it! They are simply the BEST!!! Thanks guys!!!
