I've had storage here for about three months, no problems except for the back code box, couldn't get in thru there for like 2 days. Not a big deal, just a longer walk from the front. Other than that, the place is kept clean.

Everybody was extremely helpful. We got stuck at work, and our access ended at 7 PM. Carmen stayed after the office was supposed to close at 6:00PM for maybe 20 to 30 minutes to help me get everything sorted so that we could get into the unit today, when we rented our UHaul. The whole facility is spotless, and I cant emphasize the extent to which they saved us when we mixed up the reservation. I would expect storage in New York City to be difficult and a tremendous hassle but this facility made it easy & took loads of stress away!
