I like the fact they were very professional. I like how the building is set up. You have to use the pin code to move the elevators. The place is also clean.

Storage Post and their staff were very friendly and informative. Aaron in the office gave me options that made my storage experience more affordable and easier to organize. He also waved some sign up fees which helped make the whole experience pleasant instead of painful. The location near the Navy Yard has aceess points on both sides of the building with elevators at each entrance. Open 24 hours and always very clean. Happy to be storing things here.

Anthony customer service was exceptionally pleasing. He was able to resolve my issue, which the problem was caused by an online representative, who misinformed me. Moreover, the information was not explained to me on its entirety, therefore causing confusion. Nonetheless, thanks to Anthony, my issues was resolved and I was able to rent a storage space. Christine was extremely helpful before and after my move. She explained everything thoroughly and took me on a quick tour of the facility, which I must say is absolutely spotless. Great experience overall!
