I would have to say that the staff was very helpful, and the desk guy even stayed late to make sure i had the correct room. The prices are good, and i can't argue with 2 free months, less signing fee, etc. I had a bad experience with a competitor, and excessively severe late fee. I plan to emply that space and move everything to storage post. Hopefully, I will continue to be happy with them.
